Customer Satisfaction Guarantee
At Floyd Jr. Cleaning Services, we take pride in delivering exceptional cleaning services. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, please notify us within 24 hours of your service appointment. We will promptly address your concerns and, if necessary, re-clean the affected areas at no additional charge.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

The service was canceled by the client with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment.

Please note that refunds are not provided for services that have been completed, except in cases where a re-clean has been offered and declined.
Cancellation Policy
